Mayor James Hark will make an announcement regarding the city of Hannibal and the Covid-19 pandemic at 5:15 p.m. today, Nov. 23 at the City Hall Council Chambers.

Only 10 members of the media and staff will be allowed inside the council chambers as an abundance of caution. Masks are required.
