INVITATION TO BID

CITY OF HANNIBAL STREET DEPARTMENT

The City of Hannibal Street Department will accept sealed bids for the following items (click on each one for the full bid information):

  1. Aggregates
  2. Asphalt
  3. Gasoline and Diesel Fuel
  4. Concrete
  5. Snow Removal Salt

Bids are for Fiscal Year 2026/2027. Complete Bid Forms and Specifications for each item may be obtained by calling the Office of The Department of Public Works located at 320 Broadway, Hannibal, MO 63401. (Phone 573-221-0111 ext. 205). Bids must be returned to the City Clerk, 320 Broadway, Hannibal MO by 11:00 AM, Local Time, Thursday, August 6, 2026. Bids will then be opened and read aloud.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or combinations thereof, and to waive any minor irregularities. The City of Hannibal is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
