BID OPPORTUNITY - COVERED FLOATING DOCK
The City of Hannibal, Missouri, is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a city-owned covered floating boat dock located on the Mississippi River immediately south of the Hannibal Marina. The dock is approximately 60 feet by 65 feet and is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk, City of Hannibal, 320 Broadway, Hannibal, Missouri 63401, and clearly marked “SEALED BID – COVERED BOAT DOCK SALE”. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened.
Interested parties may view the dock from the river and are responsible for conducting their own inspection. The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with removal of the dock. No land access is available, and removal must be accomplished by water.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - CITY DEPOSITORY BANKING SERVICES
In keeping with our current RFP cycle the City of Hannibal invites banking institutions within the City Limits of Hannibal, that possess the capability and expertise to provide depository and various banking services, according to the requirements of the request for proposals.
The purpose of this process is to offer the City’s banking business to all financial institutions that are interested. Each financial institution is encouraged to submit information outlining other security and/or cost-saving services that may be worthy of consideration by the City. The contract bank will be awarded as the City’s depository for two years beginning December 1, 2026, with implementation process to begin December 1, 2026; with the option to renew for three, one-year consecutive terms. Sealed proposals must be received in the City Clerk's Office by 2:00 p.m. on October 9th (e-mailed proposals CANNOT be submitted), after which time they will be opened and evaluated by a team of City employees. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award this contract to the financial institution whose overall capabilities will best serve its needs.
