Invitation to Bid - Sale of 1906 Spruce St, 315 S. Griffith, & 317 S. Griffith
The City of Hannibal will accept sealed bids for the sale of City Owned Property located at 1906 Spruce, 315 S. Griffith & 317 S. Griffith in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 320 Broadway, Hannibal, MO 63401, until 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. The minimum bid for each property is $600. These properties are each being sold separately.
Bid documents may be obtained below or at the Department of Public Works office in City Hall, 320 Broadway, Hannibal, MO 63401. For any questions, please contact the Building Inspector’s Office at 573-221-0111 or email dklingler@hannibal-mo.gov.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or combinations thereof, and to waive any minor irregularities.

The Hannibal Convention & Visitors Bureau will accept sealed bids for the printing of the 2025 Visitor's Guide. This is a three-year contract. Written bids will be accepted until October 7th, 2024, at 9:50AM. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00AM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 320 Broadway, Hannibal, MO.
Bids MUST be SEALED, and marked "HCVB Visitor's Guide Printing Bid" and addressed to the CITY CLERK, and submitted by 9:50AM, October 7th, 2024, to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 320 Broadway, Hannibal, MO. 63401.
The Hannibal CVB reserves the right to accept and reject anyone, or more, or all bids. All questions in regard to this Request for Bid, please contact:
